The plan start and end of work packages as per the DoW can be adjusted at DoW > Work plan > WP Structure.

Note that the plan start and end of work packages are set by the earliest start date and the latest end date of the sub-level tasks. Consequently, you need to adjust the plan start and end of the sub-level tasks.
