Q: Is it possible to delete a Contractor from the EMDESK system if he/she is not in the project anymore?

The administration of the Contractors is done under Proposal or DoW > Contractor > Contractors and also to deactivate a Contractor item. Please note the Contractor items cannot be deleted in order to keep the contracted partner numbering in line. Please note that you properly need to re-shuffle the Contractor’s budget and efforts of active partners. Furthermore, you need to keep in mind to deactivate access to the users assigned to the project.
