Q: Is it possible to add plan person-months without adding the costs?

To add planned person-months without altering the planned personnel costs of a Contractor, you need to create a new “Personnel Cost Category” with a rate of 0€ under Contractor > Financial Information in the panel Cost Rates. Afterwards, you are able to add additional efforts to the new category in the Work Plan > Resources.
