All you need to start using EMDESK are the following:

• Windows or Mac computer
• State-in-the-art web-browser with JavaScript
• Internet connection (broadband is best)

System requirements:

EMDESK is designed to run on virtually any modern operating system and browser combination with very low system requirements. As such, any modern web browser should work, but you can find a list of the operating systems and web browsers we’ve tested, support, and recommend below.

EMDESK supports the current and previous major releases of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari on a rolling basis. We try to support the current version and previous two or three versions of these web browsers, so you should remember to update your web browser accordingly.

• Windows® XP, Vista, 7, 8
• Mac® OS
• IPad® IOS

Browsers:

• Mozilla® Firefox® 12 or newer
• Google Chrome™ 17 or newer
• Safari from 6 or newer
• Internet Explorer® 10 or newer. System works in Internet Explorer 8 as well, but some features may not fully work, be slower or not as polished as the latest version of Microsoft’s browser. Please, use the latest stable version of Internet Explorer for optimal performance and user experience.

Permanent Internet connection, Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled.

Browser’s zoom level must be 100%.

1 GHz or faster 32-bit or 64-bit

Memory:
At least 1 GB

Screen Resolution:
Optimal screen resolution is 1024 x 768 or better
