Q: Why is EMDESK not showing me all deliverables of the project?

The reason why you do not see the Deliverables is because you own Contractor access rights and you are not assigned to all Deliverables.

Please note that a user with Contractor access rights can see only the Deliverables the users is assigned to. A user is assigned to a Deliverable when s/he is in charge for at least one of the preparation statuses of the Deliverable defined by the Coordinator in Implementation > Controlling > Deliverables.
