There are two rules you need to follow when shifting person months between WPs without changing the overall requested EU contribution:

1. Person months can only be shifted within the same personal cost category and within the same partner. Otherwise, the person months could be multiplied by a different staff rate and/or indirect cost rate.
2. Person months can only be shifted with the WPs with the same activity type within the same partner. Otherwise, the reimbursement cost that differs per activity could change the overall requested EU contribution.
